How long will delivery take?

For orders of artwork and frames, we advise two to three weeks from placing your order to receiving your delivery. Our pieces are hand made to order just for you at our workshop in Skipton, North Yorkshire. If you need your item sooner, please get in touch and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

We use Parcelforce & Royal Mail to fulfil our deliveries, and tracking details will be provided when we dispatch your order

If you are local to Skipton, and would like to arrange collection please get in touch We are open weekdays 9am-4pm, but please do get in touch so we can make sure the day and time works for us all!

Free delivery on all orders over £250

Returns

Please contact us should you wish to discuss the return of your order. This must be within 7 days of receipt of the item. Any returned items must be in a saleable condition to receive a refund. Return shipping will only be paid by us in the event of the item being faulty.

Any personalised items or bespoke frames are non refundable.
