How long will delivery take?

For orders of artwork and frames, we advise two to three to weeks from placing your order to receiving your delivery. Our pieces are hand made to order just for you at our workshop in Gargrave, North Yorkshire. We'll always arrange a suitable delivery date with you before dispatching your artwork to ensure it arrives at your convenience. If you need your item sooner, please get in touch and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

If you are local to Gargrave, and would like to arrange collection please get in touch We are open weekdays 9am-4pm.

Free delivery on all orders over £250

Returns

Please contact us should you wish to discuss the return of your order. This must be within 7 days of receipt of the item. Any returned items must be in a saleable condition to receive a refund. Return shipping will only be paid by us in the event of the item being faulty.

Any personalised items or bespoke frames are non refundable.
